Az elsö barátomnak nagy izmok voltak és amikor megölelte engem az volt mint egy kaland, de amikor megcsókolt, ez ciki és nyálas volt, ezért utaltam neki hogy vege volt.

Just a few remarks:
“első” is with a long “ő”.
“Az első barátomnak nagy izmai voltak” instead of “izmok voltak” – “izmai” means his/her muscles and is needed to indicate that the muscles are his “possession”.
“megölelt engem” (instead of “megölelte engem”) – You don’t need the “e” at the end here.
“az olyan volt mint egy kaland” (instead of “az volt mint egy kaland”) – olyan means “such as” or “like” – It was like an adventure.
“de amikor megcsókolt, az ciki és nyálas volt (instead of “ez”) – When he kissed you, THAT was awkward and cheesy, not THIS.
“utaltam rá” (instead of “utaltam neki”) – in Hungarian, you refer / give a hint ON something (“-rá”), not for somene (“neki”).
“vége van” instead of “vége volt” – you hinted that it IS the end, not that it WAS the end.
So the complete sentence would be: Az első barátomnak nagy izmai voltak, és amikor megölelt engem, az olyan volt, mint egy kaland, de amikor megcsókolt, az ciki és nyálas volt, ezért utaltam rá, hogy vége volt.
